😀 - Spacious. Well laid out. High quality fixtures and fittings. Clean and well presented with a lovely kitchen. The water filter system providing instant hot water is a nice, but for us the water wasn't hot enough for us to make a great cup of coffee 😞 - It was a shame that we couldn't get the TV to work and there apppeared to be no hot water which we didn't realise until we went for our showers on Sunday morning. Maybe we didn't turn something on? The outside entrance had all sorts of rubbish bags outside which did not make it particularly welcoming. The property is right on the main Canterbury road so there's a fair bit of traffic noice
